• Zoomercast podcast applications and content

• Any other content you upload or submit

4.2 License to Platform

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant MotoZoomer a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform
• Display your content on the Platform and in promotional materials
• Create derivative works based on your content
• Use your content for Platform improvement and development

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Infringes on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Contains false or misleading information
• Promotes illegal activities or violence
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is spam, advertising, or promotional material not related to the Platform
• Contains malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components

5. Giveaway and Contest Rules

Participation in giveaways and contests on the Platform is subject to the following terms:

• You must be 18 years or older to participate
• You must provide accurate and complete information for eligibility verification
• One entry per person per giveaway unless otherwise specified
• MotoZoomer reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries

6. Zoomercast Podcast Submissions

By submitting an application to appear on the Zoomercast podcast, you agree to:

• Grant permission for your content to be used in podcast production
• Understand that submission does not guarantee selection
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during participation
• Release MotoZoomer from any claims arising from your participation

8. Platform Availability
